We made it to Alabama and back. The baby girl did as good as can be expected on the car ride. The actual time in Auburn was disastrous, but I am beginning to think that it is just the way it is always going to be with the in-laws.
The baby girl had a birthday. I can’t believe she is one!
We survived the 16th Thanksgiving family reunion. There were about 90 people there. It was chaotic but good.
It is almost December, my house is half decorated and I am not sure if I can do anymore decorating because the baby girl is getting into everything. My Christmas tree is short and skinny and half undecorated due to the fact that the baby girl is making it her mission to pull off every ornament she can reach and the lights too. We find ornaments everywhere, in the bathrooms, on the couch, in the toy box, etc. When your house is already littered with toys, what’s an additional ornament or twelve?
I really want to get a Starbucks Peppermint Mocha and do some Christmas shopping!
