Where Has The Week Gone?

- driving to the FSU game vs. Wake Forest, where we pulled out an amazing victory (however, I don’t want to talk about what happened last weekend)

- driving to and from a boring teacher’s conference in Orlando in one day (with the principal of the school)

- making 3 ½ pumpkin pies, which were creamy and good thanks to this recipe and I don’t like pumpkin pie (I had extra filling, so I made a small one for the boy)

- driving to spend Thanksgiving with 92 people who are somehow related to me

- getting a flat tire, then finding out the spare tire is flat too

- picking up a Christmas tree (which is still sitting in my living room without a single decoration on it)

- finishing up my final grad school project for this class (Wahoo!)

It’s definitely been busy!

Gone!

My hair is officially gone or at least 10 inches of it! My nieces and I all have the exact same hair cut at the moment, which is a little funny, but they are loving it. It’s a little shocking, but definitely worth it.

Going, Going...Almost Gone

In less than a week I am going to be bald to have really short hair. Ever since my brother-in-law got diagnosed with cancer (he is currently cancer free after radiation) two of my nieces and I have been growing out our hair to give it to Locks for Love. I have to admit I am a little nervous but think it's a great thing to do. So this Saturday we are going to have a big hair cutting party at a local salon. I'll post an after picture next weekend!
