Failed

Potato ricer- check
Gnocchi paddle- check
Potatoes- check

Gnocchi- fail

Despite training from my culinary school trained brother-in-law, my first attempt to make gnocchi on my own did not go as well as I thought it would. The verdict- too mushy, which ultimately means that I did not use enough flour. So the question of the day is “What is the right amount of flour?” because apparently that is the key.
