Despite training from my culinary school trained brother-in-law, my first attempt to make gnocchi on my own did not go as well as I thought it would. The verdict- too mushy, which ultimately means that I did not use enough flour. So the question of the day is “What is the right amount of flour?” because apparently that is the key.

good on you though for giving it a shot! i think adventures in cooking is the excitement of it!! :)
