Yesterday I had just pulled the laundry from the dryer and was about to fold them when the baby girl came up and pulled a sock from the basket. She looked up at me with her big eyes and announced that the sock was “hot”. “Yes, hot.” I responded, and then she proceeded to blow on it as if it were food that was too warm for her to eat.
Children do the funniest things!
