Crazy???

In life we often have to make difficult decisions.  I made a decision this weekend, that wasn’t that difficult, but also wasn’t popular with my family.  I chose to not participate in the Christmas festivities.  Why would I make a choice to sit around my house like I do day after day instead of hanging out with family and friends?  My sister came into town after just having had a 103 fever the day before and me, being a new mom, felt the need to make sure my baby girl didn’t get sick.  A 103 fever is one thing for an adult, but completely different for a baby.  So, after several fights with my mother, who thought I was overreacting, I am probably officially the most unpopular member of my family.  I have to admit, that it has never happened to me before and it’s a very lonely place to be.  Please tell me I am not as crazy as my family seems to think that I am…
