I adapted a recipe that I got off allrecipies.com for the ingredients we had in our kitchen and these turned out delicious!Ingredients
• 10 TBS old fashion oats
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add the egg, oil, vanilla, yogurt and milk and mix together. Pour batter onto a greased pan on medium heat, turn when bubbles start to form on the top; cook until both sides are golden brown.
