Deliciousness

For a little while now I have been in search of the best chili recipe and after trying out many different recipes I have decided to put a few of them together. Here is the end result:

1 pound lean ground beef
4 fresh tomatoes (puree in food processor)
1 can tomato paste
1 onion (chopped)
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 corn on the cobs (boiled and corn cut off the cob)
1 ½ TBS chili powder
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 TBS oregano
1 TBS. parsley
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef until browned and drain off excess grease. Pour in pureed tomatoes and tomato paste, onion, celery, red bell peppers, and corn. Then season it with chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley. Simmer over low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with sharp white cheddar cheese.
